2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
✔ Please inspect your order upon delivery.
✔ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
✔ Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.
