✔ We purchase the product on your behalf.
✔ We arrange delivery to Bangladesh.
✔ You receive the product at the agreed delivery address.
Submitting a product request does not automatically create a confirmed order.
3. Product Availability
Product availability, price, colour, size, specifications, and delivery options are controlled by the relevant retailer.
Prices and availability may change before we purchase the product.
If a product becomes unavailable or its price changes, we may contact you with an updated quotation before proceeding.
4. Product Prices
The product price is normally based on the price displayed by the relevant UK retailer at the time we prepare or confirm your quotation.
Retailer prices may change due to discounts ending, stock changes, promotions, exchange rates, or other factors.
We will inform you of any significant price difference before proceeding where reasonably possible.
5. Service Charge

Where a return is permitted, additional shipping, handling, or other costs may apply.
We will reasonably assist customers with eligible returns and refund requests, but we cannot guarantee that a retailer will accept a return or provide a refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
